What we store

We store the profile name you choose, your preferences, watch history, ratings, lists, calendar entries, and group activity. If you create an email account, we store your email, verification status, and sign-in sessions. Authentication and abuse prevention may process your IP address and browser details. Guest access uses a random device key; its digest is stored on the server.

Who can see it

Your history and personal ratings are private by default. Coven members see group names, member display names, nominations, votes, and shared lineups. Anyone with a public share link can read the shared snapshot. Optional activity standings are self-reported and use public aliases.

Providers

Cloudflare hosts the app and database. Resend delivers requested sign-in messages when email sign-in is enabled. Movie images may load from TMDB or Wikimedia; those providers receive normal image requests. Viewing links open outside services. Payment processing, when enabled, uses Stripe on the web and store billing for native purchases; we do not store card numbers.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures public-page usage and we record aggregate page visits by path and broad referral source. We do not send email addresses, watch histories, search terms, or private group information to analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent using the app. Change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Sign-in cookies and local profile storage are necessary for the features you request.

Retention and deletion

Your profile stays until you delete it. Deletion removes your personal state, hosted groups, memberships, votes, and share links. Operational logs, backups, and records required for payment or legal obligations may remain for their applicable retention period. Analytics retention follows the configured provider settings. Sign-in codes expire after ten minutes; sessions expire or can be ended by signing out.

Your choices

Export or delete your profile in Settings. Email us for access or correction questions. The service is intended for adults; it is not a children’s service. A parent may use content filters to help choose films, but incomplete notes are not a suitability guarantee.
